摘要:

mRNA差异显示(mRNA differential display)技术是筛选差异表达基因的有效方法。本研究优化了棉花mRNA的银染差异显示体系,以陆地棉苏棉12为材料,分别提取叶片和开花期后10 d左右的纤维中的总RNA,利用差显技术筛选出了在棉花纤维中差异表达的cDNA片段。

Abstract:

mRNA differential display technology is an effective method for screening differentially expressed genes.In this study,we optimized the silver staining differential display system in cotton.Total RNA were extracted from leaves and about 10 days DPA fiber of upland cotton Su 12.Differentially expressed cDNA fragments in fiber were selected by using differential display method.
