Effects of Different Slope Position on Caragana korshinskii Kom Root Characteristics and Free Amino Acid Content

不同坡位对柠条锦鸡儿根系特性及游离氨基酸含量的影响

Abstract: In order to explore scientific and reasonable man-made forest management measure, this paper took aeolian sandy soil area in Aohan Banner, Chifeng city as research object, studied and analyzed the fine roots distribution characteristics and free amino acid content of Caragana korshinskii Kom <10 mm at different slope. The results showed as follows: ①the total length of Caragana korshinskii Kom fine root presented a decreasing tendency as the vertical distance and horizontal distance increased. ②The free amino acid content of Caragana korshinskii Kom fine root showed a big difference at different slope position. The lower the slope position was, the higher content of free amino acid the fine root was. The aspartic acid, arginine acid, lysine acid, phenylalanine and total acid contents below the slope were  1.255, 1.432, 1.381, 1.80, 1.11 times of that on the slope, respectively. ③The total free amino acid contents of Caragana korshinskii Kom fine root at different slope position and characteristics of root distribution were similar. The lower the slope position, the higher the total free amino acid content, and more concentrate of root distribution. These results could provide theoretical basis for studying adaptability of Caragana korshinskii Kom, and guiding suggestions for vegetation recovery and ecological environmental construction in this area.

摘要: 为了探寻更科学合理的人工林管理措施,以赤峰市敖汉旗黄花甸子流域为研究区,对研究区内风沙土区不同坡位柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshinskii Kom)<10 mm的根系分布特征及游离氨基酸含量作了分析。结果表明:①同一林龄、不同坡位的柠条锦鸡儿随水平距离和垂直距离的增加均呈现出减小的趋势。②不同坡位对柠条锦鸡儿根系游离氨基酸含量的影响较为明显,且根系游离氨基酸含量随坡位的降低而增加。坡下天冬氨酸含量、精氨酸含量、赖氨酸含量、苯丙氨酸含量及氨基酸总和分别是坡上的1.255倍、1.432倍、1.381倍、1.80倍及1.11倍。③不同坡位的游离氨基酸总和与柠条锦鸡儿的根系分布特征较为相似,均呈现出坡位越低,游离氨基酸总和含量越高且根系分布越集中的趋势。研究结果可为内蒙古农牧交错带柠条锦鸡儿适生性的研究提供理论依据,为区域植被恢复和生态环境建设提供指导性建议。
