Influence of  Transplanting Density on the Growth and Content of Medicinal Active Component of Anemarrhenae rhizoma

移栽密度对知母生长性状及药用活性成分含量的影响

Abstract: Using different transplanting density (with row spacing of 30 cm and spacing 40/20 cm; planting distance of 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm, respectively) for cultivation of Anemarrhena asphodeloides bge. to explore the suitable transplanting cultivation density of Anemarrhenae rhizoma in Hebei province and provide the basis for the standardization of the Anemarrhenae rhizoma production. The results showed that the tillers and the plant height were the minimum when the row spacing was 40/20 cm, planting distance was 30 cm, while the total fresh weight per plant, rhizoma fresh weight, rhizome diameter and rhizome length were the maximum in the  same condition. The content of medicinal active ingredients which included the mangiferin and the saponin B Ⅱ in the Anemarrhenae rhizoma could meet the requirements of the 2015 edition of pharmacopoeia. Integrated different transplanting density on the growth of the Anemarrhenae rhizoma and the content of medicinal active ingredients in the rhizoma of Anemarrhenae rhizoma, the best transplanting density of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. planted in Yixian county of Hebei province were row spacing of 40/20 cm and planting distance of 30 cm. In other words, the best transplanting density is 10.5×104 plants/hm2.

摘要: 为了指导知母合理移栽,采用不同移栽密度(行距为30 cm和宽窄行40/20 cm;株距为10 cm、20 cm、30 cm)进行知母栽培,旨在探索适合西陵知母移栽的密度,为知母的规范化栽培提供依据。结果表明,在行距为宽窄行40/20 cm,株距为30 cm时,知母分蘖最少,株高值最小,单株鲜重、根茎鲜重、根茎最大直径和根茎长度均达到最大值,根茎药用活性成分芒果苷和知母皂苷BⅡ的含量也符合2015版药典标准。综合不同移栽密度对知母生长性状和根茎中药用活性成分含量的影响说明,西陵知母最佳种植行距40/20 cm,株距30 cm,移栽密度为10.5万株/hm2。
