Abstract:

Valley Area Economic is a new exploration for mountain area development in Beijing. Construction mode for valley area is an important means to achieve the goal of valley area economic construction. On the basis of investigation, we summarized, compared and analyzed 3 types construction modes in Sleepless Valley, Four Seasons Flowers Sea and Nanjiao. The results showed that valley area economic construction had fully embodied the essence and connotation of valley area economic construction——increasing farmers income, strengthening investment from government and society, and protecting ecological environment, while the industrial structure, technological and cultural inputs of the valley area were factors for creating the characteristics of groove domain model.

摘要：

沟域经济是北京市山区发展的新探索,沟域建设模式是实现沟域经济建设目标的重要手段。在深入调研的基础上，对不夜谷、四季花海、南窖三条典型沟域经济建设模式进行了总结、对比和分析。研究表明，沟域经济建设充分体现了促进农民增收、强化政府与社会投入、保护生态环境等沟域经济发展的本质和内涵，而沟域自身产业结构、科技与文化要素投入是塑造沟域模式特色的充分体现。
