Abstract:

Pollution factors and pollution approaches in agricultural products processing were discussed in this paper. Mutual action between agriculture tri-dimension pollution and processing for agricultural products was analyzed. Main problems of agriculture tri-dimension pollution curing in processing for agricultural products were pointed; Pollution prevention and cure measures were put forward.

论述了农产品加工过程中的污染因素和污染途径，分析了农产品加工与农业立体污染之间的相互作用，指出了农产品加工中立体污染防治存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的对策与建议。
