    This article dealt with the relationship between rice yield increase and plant type improvement during last 50 years in China. The characteristics of the plant type of super hybrid rice were analyzed, compared with few advanced rice plant type in this review. The effective LAI increase, high sink capacity, the balance for high-level source & sink, physical and physiological basis of the lodging-resistance was discussed in the view of high yielding theory of super hybrid rice. Also, super high-yielding examples and relative techniques were introduced for the super hybrid practice.

    This article reviewed species, distributions, population changes and economical values of musk deer in China, and also Analyzed their present conditions of protection and utilization from illegal capture, habitat destroy and key cultural technology. So three protective and utilizable suggestions are put forward: (1) Set up natural preserve region in high-density musk deer living areas, enhance protection and administration of musk deer resources. (2) Improve musk deer cultured technical levels by enlarging research investments. (3) Enforce macroscopic allocation of government and classifying the production and legal identifications of musk deer products.

    In order to confirm the positions of the reproductive organs in living body such as vagina, uterine, ovary and the nearby organs from the uhrasonogram taken with B-mold ultrasound scanner, slaughter of ewes was used as the control. The results indicated that the optimum position for the transcutaneous scan with 3.5 MHz sector probe was in the less hair area between thigh inner and breast upper. The 5.0 MHz linear probe was used for transrectal scan. The ewe was restrained standby, and the faeces in rectum was removed. The long-handle probe was inserted into the anus slowly with the scanning side facing below. The ultrasonogram of vagina, cervix, urinary bladder were presented. Then it will present uterus and ovary when the probe scanned frontally and within 45 angles. The medium-intensity echo structure of the uterus and ovary were seen cleanly in front of the anichoic area of urinary bladder. Thehyperechoic surround membrane was distinct. The hyperechoic pubis with acoustic shadow was found in the borders between belly and pelvic cavity. The uhrasonograms were confirmed by immersion scan and intraoperative scan.

    Making transgenic animal by SMGT is a very simple and feasible method for research and application, but combining and inner-transferring of outer origin DNA has very complicated mechanism, this article discussed about substance basic and molecular mechanism of integrate between sperm and outer origin DNA and probed into integrate mechanism of outer origin DNA in sperm genome. In addition, making method of transgenic animal was discussed on the basis of the development of theoretical research.

    Utility efficiency of limited water on spring wheat under continuous drought stress condition, could be increased after spraying the solution of sodium nitro-fulvate three times before anthesis, after anthesis and grouting. The concentration of fulvic acid was set to be 50, 100 and 150 mg L^-1 which contained 1.1 g L^-1 of Na^+. Spraying concentration set to be 50 mg L^-1 had the best effect on drought resistance. It could increase 9.4 % of yield when compared with CK, but decrease 13 % of water consumption. It could also increase 27.6 % of yield when compared with the treatment of spraying water. The germination percentage and water content of spring wheat could also be increased after its seed soaked by the solution, which showed that the effect is interaction between the two main components, sodium nitro-fulvate and sodium nitrate. However, spraying potassium nitro-fulvate, which contained 100mg L^-1 of fulvic acid and 1.8 g L^-1 of K^+ led to decrease 7.6 % of yield when compared with the treatment of spraying water. It restrained the grow
    wth of spring wheat.

    Heavy metal pollution in soil-rice system not only inhibits the growth and development of crops, but also poses a great threat to human health via food chain. The source and characteristics of heavy metal pollution in soil-rice system were reviewed in this article. The toxicity to both plants and human health posed by heavy metals was also analyzed. Finally, some approaches and strategies were proposed for alleviating heavy metal pollution in soil-rice system. It was proposed that there is a significant difference among rice genotypes in heavy metal uptake and accumulation in grains, thus providing a possibility of developing rice cultivars with low grain accumulation of toxic heavy metals, which is consider as a most efficient approach of producing safe rice in slightly or moderately contaminated soils.
