Abstract:

By using techniques and methods of knowledge engineering and combining techniques such as computer network, database, WebGIS, intelligent reasoning and multimedia, we integrated the research achievements and expert＇s knowledge of cotton culture in these years, and constructed the ＂Intellectual Information System for Cotton Industry of Anhui Province＂. The system is based on lntemet, through a website named as ＂Anhui Mianwang＂. It can not only provide widely information service, but also provide intellectual and remote science and technology service for cotton plant.

运用人工智能、计算机网络、WebGIS，数据库、多媒体等技术，研制了“安徽省棉业智能化信息系统”，该系统主要包括：安徽省棉花生产信息采集发布系统（安徽省棉花预警信息系统）、棉花栽培专家系统、远程科技服务系统、棉花病虫害灾变预警WebGIS系统、信息发布系统、信息采集上报系统、会员服务系统、棉花及相关产业资讯和市场信息动态数据库等，将各子系统进行集成、整合，以Internet为平台，以“安徽棉网（www.ahcotton.cn）”网站为载体。该系统既可提供广泛的信息服务，又可提供智能化和远程化的科技服务。
