Abstract:

The article describes the status and problems of the technological innovation of Fujian agricultual enterprises, then analyzes their constraints such as the weak awareness of the scientific and technological innovation ; inadequate research system and mechanism ; lack of the investment to technological innovation, the technical talents and the intellectual property protection of technological innovation achievement. The article suggests that it should be strengthened development strategies and carrier establishing, talents training and using and inspiration policy system perfecting of enterprise technological innovation; enhancing the internationalization of enterprises technological innovation.

摘要：

阐述了福建农业企业技术创新的现状与问题，分析了影响企业技术创新的制约因素，如：科技创新意识淡薄；科研体制与机制不健全；技术创新投入不足；技术型人才缺乏；技术创新成果的知识产权保护不力等。从而提出必须加强企业技术创新发展战略的制定；加强企业技术创新载体建设；加强企业创新人才的培养与使用；完善激励企业技术创创新的政策体系；提高企业技术创新的国际化程度等对策与措施。
