Abstract:
The article, it was expatiated that the key problems of beer industrial chain in China, research progress in the malting barley breeding and industrialization and key technologies of malt and beer making and the feature beer developing, and the significant benefits of key technologies were emphasized on beer industry in Yunnan Province.
