Abstract:

Qin Chuan cattle industry plays a significant role in the animal husbandry of Shanxi province. To breed according the set standards and to implement quality control over the whole process is an effective means to improve Qinchuan cattle＇s market competitiveness both at home and abroad. Starting from the current situation of implementing standard mode for Qinchuan cattle, and according to a series of existing problems, such as farmers lack consciousness for standardization, the standard system is incomplete, etc. , this paper puts forward several measures as opening up a chanel for propaganda and popularize Qinchuan cattle standard, so as to further perfect 〈 Integrated Qinchuan Cattle Standard 〉, to establish an organization to coordinate the wwork for Qinchuan cattle standardization and to strengthen monitoring over the implementation of Qinchuan cattle standard, etc.

秦川牛产业在陕西畜牧业中占有举足轻重的地位，按照标准化养殖，实施全过程质量管理，是增强秦川牛国内外市场竞争力的有效手段。从陕西省秦川牛标准实施模式的现状入手，针对该模式存在着农民缺乏标准化意识、标准体系缺乏完整性等一系列问题，提出设立秦川牛标准化宣传普及渠道、进一步完善《秦川牛标准综合体》、建立秦川牛标标准化协调组织机构及加强秦川牛标准实施的监督等措施。
