Abstract:
The possible impacts of transgene flow on environment and human health is one of the safety issues of GMC (genetically
modified crops) concerned by the scientific community and public. Although existing technologies (such as distance or
flowering time isolation and physical barrier, etc.) may limit or reduce transgene flow, however, it is not able to avoid the
gene flow fundamentally. In recent years, the development of a new strategy to control transgene flow via biological
containment has become a hot spot internationally. Current biological containments of gene flow include chloroplast
transformation, male sterility, seed sterility, cleistogamy, apomixes,transgene mitigation, gene split and gene deletion,
etc.

摘要:
在科技界和公众关注的转基因作物(genetically modified crops,GMC)安全性问题中,转基因漂流(transgene flow)及其可能引起的环境后果
和对人类健康的潜在影响是问题的焦点之一。现有技术如距离和花期隔离、物理屏障等只能限制或减少基因漂流,并不能从根本上解决基因漂流
的问题。生物学限控措施(biological containment)是防止基因漂流的新一代技术,已成为国际研究的热点和前沿课题。目前提出的生物学限
控措施包括叶绿体转化、雄性不育、种子不育、闭花受精、无融合生殖、转基因弱化、基因拆分和基因删除等。
