Abstract:

Potassium resources is lack in china and the potassium deficiency is common in cotton areas.Potassium is one of the most needed elements in cotton.Premature,yield reduction and red leaf blight can be caused by potassium deficiency.The research of low potassium resistant cotton is a matter as great urgency.Low potassium tolerant variety can be selected by conventional breeding.The potassium uptake genes have laid a basis for genetic engineering breeding,so the transgenic technology has been attractive.The im...

摘要:

我国钾资源缺乏,棉区普遍缺钾。钾是棉花必需的大量元素之一,缺钾会引起早产减产,甚至红叶茎枯病,耐低钾棉花的研究迫在眉睫。可以通过常规育种方法选育耐低钾品种。同时已经分离克隆到的吸钾相关基因为基因工程育种提供了平台,转基因技术越来越受到棉花科研工作者的重视。本文针对钾素对棉花的重要性、耐低钾棉花的常规育种及应用基因工程技术改良作物钾营养性状、培育钾高效品种等方面的研究进展作了较为系统的讨论。
