摘要：

饲料中喹乙醇、卡巴氧等喹噁啉类药物的使用易导致在动物可食性组织的残留,具有致癌、致畸、致突变性,WHO、FAO和EU已禁止使用,我国也对其在动物肌肉和肝脏中的最大残留限量(MRL)做了规定,因此,有必要对此类药物进行监测。通过对包被原QCA-OVA、抗QCA-BSA抗体、羊抗兔HRP-IgG的工作浓度以及反应时间进行优化,建立了饲料中喹噁啉类药物的ELISA分析方法。ELISA方法的线性范围为0.2~625mg/L,IC50为40.3 mg/L,与喹乙醇、卡巴氧、痢菌净、喹烯酮和喹赛多等的交叉反应率分别为100%、244.2%、98.8%、319.6%和266.9%,猪饲料中喹噁类药物的LOD为1.46~7.38 mg/kg,回收率为71.0%~92.3%,批间变异系数为9.73%~20.0%。对5个厂家饲料样品检测结果与HPLC方法一致。本方法可检测饲料中的喹噁啉类药物残留,样品处理方法简单省时,结果灵敏可靠。
