Studies on Refining of Lycopene Oleoresin by Ultrasound-assisted Saponification

超声波辅助皂化法精制番茄红素油树脂的研究

Abstract:

Ultrasonicassisted saponification method was used to refine lycopene oleoresin. Single-factor experiment results showed that three main factors including KOH dosage, reaction time and ultrasonic power have significant impact on the refining of lycopene oleoresin. The better parameters are as follows: KOH dosage is 4.50 g, saponification reaction time is 2 h, and ultrasonic power is 250 W. The refining of lycopene oleoresin by ultrasoundassisted saponification can significantly improve the purity, color value and scavenging activity to DPPH· free radical of lycopene oleoresin.

摘要:

采用超声波辅助皂化法精制番茄红素油树脂,单因素试验结果表明:KOH用量,皂化反应时间和超声波功率等3个主要因素对番茄红素油树脂皂化效果具有显著影响。KOH用量4.50 g、皂化反应时间2 h、超声波功率250 W为较佳的工艺条件。超声波辅助皂化可以显著提高番茄红素油树脂的纯度、色价以及清除DPPH·自由基活性。
