甘薯中10种元素含量分析

Analysis of Ten Elements Contents in Sweet Potato

摘要:

分析检测了来自徐州和南充的39个甘薯样品(38个品种)中10种元素含量,为甘薯品种选育、推广和利用提供科学依据。分析结果用SPSS13.0进行统计分析,10种元素的工作曲线相关系数均大于0.999 0,相对标准偏差小于8.0%,回收率为96.0%~119%。甘薯中各元素含量由高到低顺序排列为钾、钠、磷、钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铜和硒;相同产地、不同品种的甘薯间干重率和元素含量相差均较大;不同肉色甘薯间10种元素含量无统计学差异。

Abstract:

Ten elements contents in 39 sweet potato samples (38 varieties) planted in Xuzhou and Nanchong were measured to provide scientific basis for breeding, promotion and utilization of sweet potato varieties. The results were statistically analyzed with SPSS13.0. The correlation coefficients of  these ten elements working curves were all greater than  0.999 0, the RSDs of measurements were all less than 8.0%, the recoveries were between 96.0%~119%. The order of ten elements contents from high to low is potassium, sodium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper and selenium. The dry weight ratio and elements contents varied greatly for different varieties from the same production areas. No statistical difference was observed among ten elements contents of sweet potato with different flesh colors.
