Abstract:

This paper analyzes the status of oil industry, peanut production situation and its position in China; expounds the advantages of peanut compared with other oil crops, and the objectives, tasks and countermeasures of improving peanut production capacity to ensure oil supply. It also clarifies the problems urgently to be resolved in oil and peanut industry development in China; puts forward suggestions as establishing long-term development strategy,consolidating and developing traditional regions with priority, focusing on establishment and development of peanut industrial belt along the Yellow River, strengthening support for policy and scientific research, etc.

摘要：

分析了我国油料产业现状及花生生产状况和地位，花生较其他油料作物的优势及提高花生产能，确保粮油安全的目标任务、发展对策与建议措施。阐明了我国油料和花生产业亟待解决的发展问题，提出了重点发展沿黄花生产业带、巩固和发展传统优势区域的长期发展战略,加大政策扶持和科学研究支持力度等措施，以解决我国油料供给安全问题。
