Abstract:

At present, Chinas edible vegetable oil supply situation is grim, domestic oil production can only provide 40.6% of the total vegetable oil consumption. Oil supply becomes increasingly dependent on foreign countries, security risks become increasingly serious. Rapeseed oil, which is the largest domestic source of edible vegetable oil, has played decisive role in China's edible oil market, and currently accounts for 57.2% of the oil production from oil crops. Therefore, if not competing with grain production, it is a core measure to enhance the rapeseed production potential so as to improve rapeseed yields and protect the safety of Chinas edible vegetable oil supply. This paper overviews the status of Chinas rapeseed production, analyzes the production potential from three aspects of expanding the sowing areas, increasing the yield and improving the oil content, and puts forward suggestions as technological innovation and policy support are effective ways to mine rape production potential.

摘要：

目前,我国食用植物油供给形势严峻,国内油料作物仅提供植物油消费总量的40.6%,对国外的依存度越来越高,安全隐患日益严重。菜籽油是国产食用植物油的第一大来源,在我国食用油市场中具有举足轻重的地位,目前已占我国油料作物产油量的57.2%。因此,在不与粮争地的前提下,大力挖掘油菜生产潜力,是提高油菜产量和保障我国食用植物油供给安全的核心举措。概述了我国油菜生产现状,分析了我国油菜在扩大面积、提高单产、提高含油量三个方面的生产潜力,并在此基础上提出了挖掘油菜生产潜力的有效途径是科技创新和政策保障。
