Abstract:

ransgenic cotton has been widely cultivated internationally since 1996, which created a huge social, economic and environmental benefit. To date, forty transgenic cotton events have been permitted to commercialization. In our country, the insectresistant cotton is the first commercial planted transgenic crop in a large scale. Meanwhile, the study of gene flow from transgenic cotton has been conducted in USA, Australia and China. According to the data accumulated in recent decade, the distance of gene flow at a threshold value of 0.1% is 70 m.

摘要:

996年起,转基因棉花在国际上大面积种植,目前已有40个转化事件批准商业化种植,带来了巨大的社会、经济和环境效益。在我国,转基因棉花是第一个广泛种植的转基因作物。与此同时,中国、美国和澳大利亚等国家对转基因棉花的基因飘流进行了研究。根据10多年来积累的数据,0.1%下的阈值距离为70 m。
