Abstract:

It is very important for development of resource saving agriculture to improve Chinese Agriculture. Development of ecological agriculture accords withidea of resource saving agriculture. Construction of resource saving agriculture is theoretical foundation and provides ideology for development of ecological agriculture. Achievement of idea of resource saving agriculture depends on cultivation of resource saving legal attainment, establishment of ecological saving legislation mode, and fundamental rules of sustainable development during construction of agricultural legal system.

摘要：

发展节约型农业对于促进我国农业的发展有积极的意义。发展生态农业符合节约型农业的理念。建设节约型农业为生态农业生产发展提供了指导思想，是生态农业建设的理论依据，生态农业法制建设过程中，只有培育节约资源的法律素养，确立“生态-节约型”的立法模式，并以可持续发展战略为原则才能从根本上体现节约型农业理念.
