Abstract:

Immunological technology has been widely used in every branch of life science, and its application played a critical role in the progress of the wholelearning of life. This review is primarily focused on the application of various immunological techniques to agriculture with special emphasis on the detailed account of the most widely-used technique, ELISA, and on the extremely-sensitive assay, Immuno-PCR.

摘要:

免疫学技术渗透到生命科学研究的各个领域,对整个生命科学的发展都起到了不可估量的推动作用。本文着重综述免疫学技术在农业领域的应用,特别对应用最广泛的酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和高度敏感的免疫聚合酶链式反应(Immuno-PCR了较详细的介绍。
