Abstract:

On the basis of reviewing the shaping process of bioeconomy concept and forecasting the forthcoming bioeconomy era, this article systematically analyses the essence of agriculture development and mechanisms for endodriver and exodriver of agriculture expansion; puts forward the concept of “the 3rd agriculture expansion” and new agriculture system (NAS) based on bioeconomy. It points out that NAS is the frame model and strategic vision for “modern agriculture” in future bioec era. The article also reveals the structure, function and characteristic of NAS, and its relation with the vision of the 2nd green revolution.

摘要：

在对生物经济概念形成过程的回顾和生物经济时代预测判断的基础上，从系统角度对农业发展问题的本质和农业拓展的内外动力机制进行了分析，提出了“农业第三次拓展”概念和基于生物经济的新型农业体系，指出新型农业体系是未来生物经济时代“现代农业”的框架模式和战略愿景，进而重点揭示出新型农业体系的结构、功能、特征，及其与第二次绿色革命目标愿景的关系。
