Abstract:

The paper establishes the index system which evaluates the innovation capabilities of agricultural science and technology of China based on the characteristics of China s agricultural research system.And it employs the factor analysis method to do the empirical analysis about the innovation capabilities of agricultural science and technology of all provinces(districts/municipanities) of China in 2007 and ranked the results,which provides the scientific reference for the policymakers.

摘要：

依据我国农业科研体制的特点建立了评价我国农业科技创新能力的指标体系,并利用因子分析方法对2007年中国区域农业科技创新能力进行了实证分析和排名,为政策制订者提供科学的参考。
