Abstract:

Hybrid rice is a major scientific and technological achievement with independent intellectual property right in China. Due to lacking of intellectual property protection for core technology, hybrid rice seed industry has missed opportunity for cultivation. Aiming at the status quo of hybrid rice research and development in China, it is necessary to continuously improve the R & D capacity and competing ability of hybrid rice seed enterprises, so as to reply to the tight competition between cross-border seed industry groups; and to speed up the intensification, marketing, industrialization of seed industry, so as to ensure grain security.

摘要：

杂交水稻是我国具有自主知识产权的重大科技成果。由于缺乏对核心技术的知识产权保护,杂交水稻种业培育错失良机。针对我国杂交水稻研发现状,为应对跨国种业集团的竞争,需要不断提高杂交水稻种业研发的能力和企业竞争力,加快种子产业集约化、市场化、产业化发展,确保粮食安全。
