一种新的水稻种子碱性脂肪酶活性快速检测方法及其应用

Abstract:

It is extremely widespread about the research on microbial alkaline lipase and its application, but the rice seed alkaline lipase are poorly understood. The paper introduced a new plate examination method for estimating rice seed alkaline lipase activity. Using this method, rice seed materials with different alkaline lipase activity was screened, and used to study the function on alkaline lipase activity in an accelerated aging experiment. The result indicated that the method for eatimating alkaline lipase and its application in grain artificial aging are of great value to characters of grain storage.

摘要:

微生物碱性脂肪酶研究及其应用均非常广泛,而关于水稻种子碱性脂肪酶却知之甚少。介绍一种新的水稻种子碱性脂肪酶活性平板检测方法,并利用该方法筛选碱性脂肪酶活性高低不同的材料以研究碱性脂肪酶在稻谷加速老化过程中的作用。结果表明碱性脂肪酶检测方法及其在稻谷人工老化过程中的作用对揭示稻谷储藏特性具有重要研究价值。
