    This article outlines several research issues in the meat processing, elaborates the effects and mechanisms of endogenous proteinase of muscle and calcium ion's in meat mellow condition, and cites three meat tender technologies. It also introduces the latest research progress of the mechanism of flavvor forms of the Jinhua ham and the modernized craft transformation, proposes problems existed in the chilled meat and the quality control measures in the produce process, and introduces the application of predictive microbiology in the chilled meat; Summarizes the muscle protein function characteristic and its the influence factors, and makes a deep discussion to heat-induced gel. This article points out the direction of research work in the future according to above issues in the meat product.

    Corp genetic resources, especially wild relatives are very rich in Xinjiang. Nowadays, it has mid - term seed warehouse, which holds 57 kinds of crops seeds and nearly 20,000 copies of related scientific materials from more than 40 countries, Xinjiang and more than 20 provinces of China. It is existing many unbeneficial factors affecting crop genetic resources research, although much conservation works on crop germplasm resources have been done in Xinjiang. In this paper the status of researches on Xinjiang crop genetic resources has been reviewed, and the unbeneficial factors were also been analyzed, and suggestions on the establishing of genotypes collection and conservation system and germplasm evaluating and innovation in crops were put forward .

    Combining ability and heritability of 8 quantitatively characters were nalyzed through using 4 Qinghai Faba Bean varieties for female and 4 Foreign Genetic for male by way of 4 4 incomplete diallel cross. The results showed: ① Both additive variation and non-additive variation were significant in thhese 8 characters. The additive variation was principle in plant height (PHT), first pod height (FPH), effective branch ( EB ), single plant pods ( SPP), single plant seeds ( SPS ) , seeds per pod ( SDPP), 100-weights(HWT) and single plant weight(SPW) ,especially EB, SPP, SPS, SPW were controlled by additive variation. ② The different good hybrid combination was defined by GCA and SCA for different breeding aims.③ The broad heritabiility was ordered from high to low as HWT, PWT, SDPP, EB, SPP, FPH, SPS, SPW and the narrow heritability was ordered as HWT, PWT, EB, SDPP, SPP, FPH, SPS,SPW. 100-weights was selected in early generation, but it is 9ot good for the other characters in early generation selecting.

    With the rapid increasing in atmospheric CO2 concentration, people have a deep study in photosynthetic response to high CO2 concentrations, the reasons in photosynthetic acclimation to high CO2 concentrations might include that: the feedback bohydrate and redox signals arising from the plastoq peroxide changes restrain to photosynthesis caused by deposit of car- uinone pool and from the accumulation of hydrogen ; decrease of rubisco content and activity was induced by levels of rubisco subunit mRNA; in stomata states. In addition, the levels of photosynthesis gene expression induced by C/N balance, plant growth regulators and hexoses might also result in photosynthetic acclimation.

    The paper summarized the effects of herbage on the yield and nutrient transformation of edible fungus. Many researches showed that the herbage was able to use cultivating mushrooms instead of wood scraps and millfeed, and that proper herbage might obviously improve the quality of mushroom and decreasethe heavy metals contents such as Cd, Pb and Cr. Furthermore, it was very important to properly regulate environmental factors as pH value, C/N, temperature, humidity and illumination, which was advantage to advance the growth of mushrooms and improve the yield of fruiting bodies. The practices of mushroom production showed that the mushroom cultivation with herbage should pay attention to the studies on given technologies, especially on the screeningof herbage components with optimizing C/N and the regulation technology of temperature and humidity.

    The classification and application of aquatic vascular macrophytes and the mechanism and application techniques of aquatic vascular macrophytes on ecological restoration of eutrophication lake were analyzed systematically in this paper. The future research emphases of aquatic vascular macrophytes were pointed out, which are using aquatic macrophytes according to the conditions, harvesting timing to prevent again pollutions, and enhancing technical practicability of aquatic macrophytes in big area lake pollution control.

    The sustainable development is the mankind's consensus in future development, and circular economy is scientific approach of resources saving and environmental pollution reducing. But currently, the research and practicing of circular economy is just a technical improvement of the circulation and the craft of the materials, neglecting the economic environment and each economic behavior corpus in financing flow, without reasonable evaluation on the environment capacity value. In this text, applying the economics supply principle, the environment capacity list price was analyzed in developing circular economy process, and sound market mechanism and the government behavior are put forward to guarantee the reasonable list price realization of the environment capacity.

    Dairy industry is the dominant part of Ningxia' animal husbandry, which promotes the development of rural economy greatly and enhances the peasant income. Ningxia' Irrigation Area has some advantages of developing dairy industry, such as climate, grassland and forage, regional, local market and goodd industry fundamental advantages; while it has no enough high quality milk sources and the dairy enterprises facing up the competition with other enterprises from neighbor provinces. Some strategies should be taken in order to speed up the development and strengthen the compete ability of dairy industry of Ningxia' Irrigation Area.

    Through analyzing on the status quo of agricultural extension system in two poor counties, i. e. Xiji and Yanchi County of Ningxia, it recommended that innovation of mechanisms and institution should be emphasized for the further reform of agricultural extension system in China, in which Technical Envoy System could be integrated. By initiating marketing mechanism, the technical personnel could be facilitated to establish mutual interest combination with farmers. This would contribute to increasing the supplies of the extensionists and enhancing their capacity to serve the farmers. By changing traditional approach of project extension management, the resources for extension should be allocated to rural community or farmer's professional associations other than only extension institutions to establishing client oriented extension models, which would benefit the wide cooperation among different in stitution at different levels and different disciplines as well as between governmental extension institutions and farmer's organizations. The reform should focus on enhancement of efficiency in agricultural extension system.
