Abstract:

Soybean processing industry is an important processing industry in China. Effective utilization of soybean protein resources is an important measure to improve country's dietary nutrition structure, to increase protein intake and to enhance the nation's corporeity. Through analyzing the present situation of soybean processing industry at home and abroad, this article introduces new progress achieved in technology research of soybean processing industry. It also analyzes the problems existing in soybean processing industry, and provides several reasonable suggestions.

摘要:

大豆加工产业是我国的重要加工产业,充分、有效地利用大豆蛋白质资源是改善国民营养膳食结构,提高蛋白质的摄入量,增强国民体质的重要举措。通过剖析国内外大豆加工产业现状,介绍大豆加工业的新技术研究进展,对我国大豆加工产业存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些合理的建议。
